Tozando International is committed to providing high-quality martial arts equipment, and we offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items, such as those with custom embroidery or laser engraving, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it back to our logistics center in Kyoto, Japan, using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master craftsmen inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
